It's been 30 days

I added 20 dollars in steam credit to my account on March 28 and now, after 30 days of waiting, I still can't use the market. What do I do?

Yeah, I don't know how to show you but I bought steam credit 30 days ago... I mean I can take a screenshot, but I don't know how to upload it to this.

It appears you've made a valid purchase on the Steam Store, but it's not 30 days old yet. More info...
If nothing further occurs to restrict your access, you'll be able to use The Community Market on 5/26/2015 10:11:00 PM.

I think it says this because I just bought Skyrim. But I did buy credit on March 28.

Buying Steam wallet funds does not count. You can put money on your Steam wallet. But the purchase has to be a game, software, etc.

Is that official now. I've seen people saying it is and isn't over the past month or so, but the support page still says wallet funds count.

The purchase of wallet funds, games, DLCs and software meet this requirement.

Based on what the OP said, it didn't sound like purchasing wallet funds counted. Maybe they bought a Steam gift card from a retail store vs buying wallet funds on Steam. Regardless, buying a game is the sure fire way to remove the limitation.

Yeah, I bought money from a retail store. But, don't you think that steam should be a little bit more specific about whether or not a gift card works. Also, I remember the market saying that if nothing happens then I should be able to use the market on April 28. How do you explain that?
