how? send ticket to steam ?
You can send a ticket to steam and they will most likely say no. Steam has a no refunds policy with only 1 exception, pre-orders before the game is released. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE EARLY ACCESS GAMES. In your case, they may or may not help you. If you bought the wrong version, purchase the right version then ask them and they might help you but keep in mind they are not required to refund you.

No trading here, and if that game is in your library, you can't get rid of it.

I think they wouldn't mind giving you a refund just this once. I suggest writing a ticket to Steam Support.

It was an honest mistake. After all, you purchased a cart full of games and simply didn't notice that this one was still in there.

This is their opportunity to make an exception as a gesture of goodwill. At the end of the day, the money/refund is on your Steam account and essentially theirs already—no matter what you spend it on. This is a win-win situation.
