dell inspiron 570 cpu upgrades

i cant seem to fine any thing about my mother board online i have a dell insperion motherboard with a amd athlon 2x2 processor 3.00ghz which sucks bad im looking for an upgrade but i dont know which processor to buy im looking at a AMD OS2431WJS6DGN OPTERON HEXA-CORE 2431 2.4GHZ PROCESSOR but i dont know if its to strong for the motherboard or not
