one more question because if you complete 22 of the 26 tasks did not get the badge "pillar of the community" .. but I got a flagship "community ambassador".

what? the community ambassador is pillar of the community on its second level

And that badge has for these time only 2 levels (so doing 26/26 will not add nothing really)

You mean like small card sets?
I think it's up for the developers for how many cards it's requires to make a badge

I think devs choose how many cards to put in a set usually based on how long they want people to play the game on their first time playing. Some games might not be immediately interesting on first glance, and this is supposed to help with that, I think.
