Adding money to my steam wallet.

I have a big problem, I purchased a PaySafeCard for 10E(in Romania for 50 RON). I pressed add money to my steam wallet, I entered the code, and I press Continue. I had 1,09E and now 1,10E. I please you to give me 11,9E.

As this is an account related issue and steam staff may need further information (transaction numbers and other things) to protect you they will not discuss it publicly (this forum is public)
You would definitely not get help here even if an "admin" was reading it.
