dota 2 always says "installing.." and i mean the whole 5GB dota2

i already installed dota 2 in my desktop but. After i exit dota2 and steam, the next day i open it the steam wants me to install again the whole game 5GB. its so annoying because 5GB download takes me 2 days to finish.. any help out there? i really need one..

save ur game data(from where u install ur steam) before u uninstall
