This issue with russia and economic sanctions

If the russians do not pull out of unkraine and Economic sanctions are put in place would steam still allow russians to play or would they be cut off?

It would depend on what those sacntions are, but it's unlikely the US would make a Cuba styled economic sanction on Russia

I do not think Valve will block them... if any thing at all it will be cutting out the internet something that i really do not see happening
