too many failed trade

for the last 2 weeks i'm having difficulties in trading. is it steam server? or pc spec? or net speed? please help me.

I having trouble also, i have a gift which i cannot accept, error, first telling my im logging in from a new pc wait 7 days to accept trade, now, i have steam guard must be active for 15 days.
Steam support is piss poor also.

Its standard unreliable steam servers, doesn't matter if its a holiday or not, even if its just a morning on a weekday theres a high chance a trade or offer won't work on the first try.

Been this way for years.
