i cant trade for 7 days

hi srry for my bad english, but i unistall steam and install it for so then when i want to trade something, Steam says : "You have logged in from a new device. In order to protect the items in your inventory, you will be unable to trade from this device for 7 days" and. i wait 24 hours more and still says same thing i think says only 6 days now. what i can do? wait 6 days more? or what
