An Elder Scrolls question
Hi guys, done my research and done a "Will my pc run it test" on The Elder Scrolls Anthology - Skyrim, Oblivion, Dawnguard and Dragonborn. They all passed.

How ever I couldn't do the tests for the other features / games in the Anthology so I went to google, what I found that Windows 8 can handle these too.

For the very early games such as Arena and Daggerfall, that normally needed an emulator isn't an issue apparently. This was because people said that when they used the Anthology it all ready had a DOSbox there for them.

So, to anyone who has owned this series, how has it been? what was your OS? Is my research right and should I unwrap my game?

Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim should work out of the box for any modern Windows OS.

Daggerfall and Arena work if you download the patched version from here (not the ES website)

This? http://www.amazon.com/The-Elder-Scrolls-Anthology-Pc/dp/B00E9I1FPI

"original version of Arena and will launch within a DOS emulator"
"original version of Daggerfall and will launch within a DOS emulator"

Looks like you'll either have to download a DOS emulator or one will be provided.

Yeah this is it, I went back to where I brought it from, told them what I said in my OP and they said the DOSBOX is all ready with this set. Will confirm for others when I set it up.
