Name: Buy Items - SCAMMER, DO NOT TRADE!!
This user "bought" an ak-47 skin from me using paypal, seemed legit until the transaction never went through. I don't know how to go about getting this user banned. Help!!

Report him from his profile

But as these was traded outside of Steam Trading i do not thing much will be done, and next time i recommend trade with in the Steam trading system

Sorry you went outside the trade window and acknowledged it was a gift so just report thrugh their profle as BB said and move on.
