Where Can I send a ticket to the steam support?
I Cant seem to find the e-add for the steam support.

I just click "help" in the top left and steam support is in the drop down menu.

Before you do i reocmmend asking the community if they can help, support takes longer, and if the community can help then it means support are free to help more users that may need there help

no, username is permanent and will not be changed under any circumstances. nobody else but you sees it anyway.
