Im trying to change it but it wont let me, the strange thing is that no error shows up. Help?

In the start of the url is it HTTP Or HTTPS?
If you cant see URL on the clinet go to Steam, Sittings, interface and enable it

Steam Avatar requirements:
- Square (not neccessary but what you upload is what you get)
--> Steam will crop and resize it to square 184pixel anyway.
- Filesize: less then 200 kilobytes
- Format: JPG or PNG

Okay, but the solution wuddih posted always works.

This time included, I just changed my avatar to something else then changed it back using that solution.

change dimensions to 184x184.
or i think they just have to be less than 184, so i think 184x132 would work.
some you dont need to, but some you do. but just do that and it should work. like in paint.net or something. (dont click link, it auto links to somthing else)

Your not just teasing me, but your on a public open forum that hundreds of other Steam users and public viewers can see.
