How long does Steam Support help take
I recently submitted a ticket about someone phishing items out of my inventory. When will steam support get back to me?

It should say when filling out a ticket, but usually it may take up to 6 days because of the amount of tickets they receive. It may take longer depending on the load they are receiving. Also if you are willingly giving them your items they will not replace your items.

There is none, I have heard some stories of tickets that have gone unanswered for months
