Free purchase or free for limited time?

How do you know if something is actually free for a limited time (download a game and keep it forever) or just a free trial where you download it but would then have to pay to keep playing after the time runs out?

Foils go for some money try selling your items on the market and get money that way no body is going to give you more for less and plus those are a bunch of random items

ill give you a game called Stealth Inc 2 for them i think its like 18 dollors to buy
