Since you wrote here you obviously can log in to Steam. Maybe you mean logging in to the game? See the messages at their Steam Store page, there's extensive maintenance done and they temporaly limit new users. If you need/want more info, link to specific info on their website is given in one of the messages. And you can ask on their Steam forum.
