i bought skyrim yesterday and yet i cant install it, it wont let me how do i resolve this

Did you try uninstalling it by deleting all files via the Steam client? If yes, try deleting it all from your Steam library, as in via file explorer and then through to your Steam directory.

Jeez.... any error messages. What exactly does it do when it launches? Windows Operating System edition? For diagnostics we need this! We are not mind readers.
