@ Penguijelly (and anybody else reading) i recently inherited this group because the original owner left. I think it was for either D&D online or D&D Sword Coast Legends but i made it for any kind of old-timer-RPG. I'm gonna add cardgames as well.

I am not sure if i understand your question correctly. Go to
(left top corner) Games -> (dropdown menu) Redeem a steam Wallet Code.

If you already tried that there might be either 1 of 2 possibilities ;

1. You might've mixed up O/0/Q, B/8, I/l/1, 5/S ;
   
2. Or you might've bought from an illegit vendor. There's an extreme amount of scammers and malware-spammers on and around steam. Selling fake Steam Wallet cards/codes is big business.
