Hey! I can help you out on how to get levels on steam! It's all about cards really. You have to first spend $5 towards a game or anything to get your account actually up and running. After that you should farm for cards and craft badges. Badges give you XP towards leveling up, start out with that. If you need more help- i'd be glad to help.
