Force quit a game, now it will not open

Basicly what happened is that one day, Guns of Icarus wouldn't close so I force quit it. Now whenever I try to open it it gives me that 'Last time you opened this, it was force quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?'
If I say reopen, It then gives me 'GunsOfIcarusOnline quit unexpectedly' then a comments field. If I say Don't reopen I get the same result.
I have rebooted the computer, I have summited the report, heck, I even uninstalled and reinstalled steam.
This has been going on for months, and its frustrating. I love this game. Please help if you are able.
