No Video in Greenlight?

Hey folks - I've been looking at a couple games listed on Greenlight, and for all of them I can get sound from the videos, but the actual video portion stays black. Any idea what's going on?

I have this same issue. I tried updating my Adobe Flash player just in case it was linked to that, but no success. I can watch the videos in the store fine, but Steam Greenlight videos are all black.

same problem here when i try to read video in Greenight : black screen and then Steam crash ? (but no pb in the store). I'm on PC.

Same problem for me. The video starts playing and I can hear the audio but there are no video, just a black screen.
I'm on OSX 10.8.4 with up to date Flash Player.

I have the exact same problem (also on OSX 10.8.4). I have updated everything I can think of and reinstalled Flash Player. No dice. I opened up a support ticket about the issue, hopefully Valve will investigate it.

I have duplicated this problem on another Mac as well.

Yup I can't watch Greenlight videos or Community produced videos on my 2012 Macbook Air, the audio works but the picture and video controls don't appear. I can however watch official game videos/trailers on their store page without issue.

Same symptom here. Worked last time I checked Greenlight que - about 6 months ago.

I have the same problem, runnin Maverics. On my MacBook, running Snow Leopard, everything's fine. =/

Same problem here. I can hear audio but can't see the video. Anyone found a solution? I'm running Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.5.
