I love Macs! I love it better than Windows 7! I play tf2 and get more than twice the fps than on my Windows 7!

Probably something wrong with your Windows 7? Windows provides better (~20-30%) gaming peroformance for Valve games on same hardware compared to OS X. Also it lucks triple buffering [only 2x available] and FXAA.

For everything else but gaming Macs are great :D

Well, my Imac Late 2012/Early 2013 is only 3 months old and has better CPU, GPU and clearer screen than 4 years old Windows 7...

If you want a Mac for play videogames, DON'T BUY IT!

PD: I have a Macbook Pro 13", I'm not an Apple hater. ;)

I'd buy a Mac if I all I did was make videos and animations, but the problem is that I ALSO play video games, and through that perspective I found it would be easier just to go windows

While windows is the easier option, I do really enjoy my Mac. Sadly the gaming options are somewhat limited, but I view that as saving my wallet from steam genocide.

with a mac, you get the best of both worlds, esp. if you install windows via bootcamp--then you can run mac apps and windows apps, games too!

Oh! I never knew about that, thanks Ultra Magnus, I'll have to check that out!

This is like say Xbox is better than Playstation because Xbox one looks better than PS2...
On same hardware, Windows will show more frames than OSX. This is a fact.

You can also install OSX on a regular computer with custom hardware, so you can have OSX with a R9 290X.
