Looks like 'limited' support for HiDPI (retina) displays was added today, thanks Valve!

It seems to support most of the shell/skin of the Steam app, but not the web pages that load within it, such as this discussion. Still though it's nice to see Valve finally support this wonderful display :)

It's not HiDPI for me, and "Check For Updates…" claims I'm up to date. ??

I think it was a beta update. 'Steam > Preferences > Beta Participation' to get it.

Beta update adds retina fonts. Unofrtunately steam community and store pages are non retinised

Ya, it'd be nice if they'd finish updating it. Fonts aren't very crisp in a lot of places...

They really need to get off their asses and finally update the damn thing. It's been a year since the rMBP was released.
