"Steam is damaged and cannot be opened"
I started getting this error message every time I boot up my Mac about a week ago. I've tried reinstalling Steam, deleting its settings along with it, several times to no avail. Steam does still launch if I dismiss the error message, but it's annoying.

I have a mid-2011 Macbook Air running Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Any help would be appreciated!

By deleting its settings you mean deleting Steam in Library/application support right?

Thought it was a "Yosemite" problem. This fixed it! Steam running, COD downloading!
