This is an interesting sale, though -- it's completely invisible, with no hint to be found anywhere.

Steam has been getting extremely bad with displaying their sales, but this one actually says "weekend deal", but the weekend deal section on the front page doesn't include it. Maybe they have a filter there to not display games that go below $1 or something like that...
