will THIS mac run CS:GO?

Hey people,
I am about to buy a mac for studies, but I would also like it to run league of legends and counter strike: global offensive for some plays with friends. And I also have completely no idea about graphics cards on macbooks, and researching all the stuff will take some time. Just in case someone is more experienced and knows an answer to my questions: will cs:go run on these mac characteristics? which settings (low/medium/high)? I am also considering changes of resolution ingame, so.. thank you guys in advance :)

2.4 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 Processor (Turbo Boost to 2.9)
4 GB RAM
Intel Iris Graphics (1GB is there i think)
13.3" Retina Display

I have a macbook pro and play with the highest graphic on CS:GO i think it will be fine;)

I have a late 2012 13" MackBook Pro. It has the Intel HD 3000 graphics card (far worse than your) and CS:GO runs very smooth with everything maxed out. Hope I could help : )
