Can I play fallout new vegas on maxed out graphics or close?

Hi

I want to play fallout new vegas maxed out on my mac through bootcamp 5 but am unsure if i meet the specs for the game at this level

my specs are:

i7 2.3ghz -3.3ghz 6mb L3 cache turbo boost
16gb 1600mhz DDR3L ram
1gb intel hd 4000
1gb nvidia geforce gt 650m GDDR5 at graphics clock up to 900mhz and 27.2 texture fill rate (billions per sec)
256gb flash storage
retina display macbook pro as well

if not please tell me what level i can play at and your computer specs for maxed out new vegas please
