Killing Floor Wont Load...

...so basically i loaded up the game when i got it and changed the res settings to the max and kept the grpahics at high when i came out i had a black screen so i then restart my mac to not being able to load it, so also redownloaded it and nothign will work, would appreticate any kind of help
