flipping colors when playing MW2 on mac, steam : help !

hey all,

Yesterday I played mw2-multiplayer on my mac, connected to some server with hacked game features, negative colors was one of them.
Since then my screen when playing mw2 shows all these flipping colors.
I have no idea how to restore this...
Can anyone help me with this?

thanks for the tip but my directory has not got the map .../players/ and searching for config_mp doesn't give any results...
Am I looking over something?

Did you make sure to type in the ~ when looking for ~/library? There is a user 'Library' folder and a system 'Library'. The user library is the one you want.

It's possible it's under the game's Application Support folder if that link didn't lead you to it. Check ~/Library/Application Support/Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2/ for the folder and file.
