Donating skin for help with CS skin creation

Donating a skin to the person who helps me solve my problem!

I've tried googling my problem, tried watching videos of others doing it, but nothing has worked. I think i spent a total of 2 days just trying to solve this problem without any success. So now i'm going to ask again.

I'm trying to make a CS:GO skin, but the UV map after i've inserted it into Workshop, is turning out missing a lot of color, faded out and it's allways at the same spots. It's really confusing me and i can't seem to find a solution, so if there is a kind person here with a little knowledge in this area, please help me out.
