auto start hlds in windows ?

I start with the hlds windows, then I have to click a button.,
however it opens a window. and not the server.
how can I solve this?

1-st question : there are 2 ways to start a hlds: GUI and CONSOLE .With the GUI (that you described in your post) you cannot start automatically in windows, the only way is via console.
2-nd question : There is no update for this ,the solution already exists.

1.You have to make a shortcut of your hlds.exe (on desktop for example)
2.After you created this shortcut right click - properties
3.Add at your Target : -console -game GAMENAME -port PORTNUMBER +maxplayers NR +map MAPNAME
4.Click Apply, then Ok
5.Take this shortcut to your START/All Programs/Startup and place it there
6.Reboot and wait
