Easiest way to set up a halflife2 deathmatch server?

What is the easiest way to go about setting up one of these servers? Also is there a web administration panel for Source dedicated servers? Sorry for all the questions...I am new to dedicated servers...(except Minecraft)

the first step is create the server... i have a simple introduction of how to do it(Its more simple you clicking in Library>TOOLS and download the dedicated server of the game what you want. next, open the dedicated server, i created a server just of the Counter-Strike, i dont remember, but i think i updated this with hldsupdatetool, you can search videos in the internet to know how to use it. Finish.)

After, you have to download a addons, you can download a DM addons or a normal addons and put the DM later. If you install a normal addons and put the DM after, this can give you some troubles.
