Hi, thats hard to support without more details.
Is there enough disk space at the partition available?
Does your user have ownership to the directory?

maybe its not stopping, but some files are big and need some time to get installed.
if it fails just run the command again and it will download all missed files.
sometimes you need to run the install command twice

have you tried turning it off and on again while installing the files, as simple and basic as it may sound, turning your system off and on again sometimes wakes up whats called a 'sleeping computer' a sleeping computer is an event that happenes extreamly rarely, its caused by the prolonged download which causes the computer to assume that this download is a 'ghost download bug' (a glitch were once a download is finished but the file is not installed the computer 'thinks' that the download is still running) and by protocol, stops it. hence why its stuck on 72%
