Srcds code page changing.(console mode utf-8 character)

Is there any way to change the code page in console mode?
I have my own gmod server, but if any players typing something using non-english character, console shows unreadable symbols. How can I fix it? Or is there any program which can controll server console?

I forgot to say - I was trying to add CodePage parameter to HKCU-Console D:_server_source_gmod_srcds.exe and get it to 866/65001...it doesn't seems to work

It's been so long....

Try this: instead of creating shotcut to the srcds and adding arguments there - create bat file, something like this:

chcp 65001
srcds.exe +maxplayers 20 -console +gamemode sandbox +map gm_construct +sv_setsteamaccount <token>

It should do the trick
