Civilization 5 Won't Start

I just bought Civilization 5 the Complete Version and everything is downloaded but when it says which version to choose i click DirectX 11 but it won't start.

Same probleme, I try to start civ 5 but nothing happen, same with other game (Reus, tropico 4...)
I just see that avast scan steam at launch with deepscreen....

(Problème identique, et en plus tous les autres jeux steam ne démarrent pas... il me semble avoir eu un message Avast quand j'ai démarré steam et une analyse deepscreen..me semble avoir vu un sujet sur le net mais pas vu de solution...)

I don't own this game but if it gives the option to use Directx 9 choose that. Otherwise update your graphic drivers, verify integrity and check the .exe compatibility as that seems to cause issues within itself.

I've tried DirectX9-11 and i have windows 7 which is supposedly compatible.

• Delete Local Game Content and Re-install

how can i verify my online profile? I cant play any games online anymore, it says theres a communication error and it cant load the profile.
