You can find this on steam:
-Sine Mora
-Gundeadligne, Gundemonium Recollection, Hitogata Happa (This 3 are related)
-eXceed (another trilogy of games, i think a bundle is available. The 2nd is the best one, Ikaruga clone )
-Satazius ( Nemesis/Gradius style)
There are some more, and some remakes like Choplifter HD.

Jamestown is pretty cool. Jets 'n' Guns is up on Greenlight to vote for; I spent a ton of time playing that when I was in high school. Beat Hazard is fun, especially if you have intense music on your computer.
