From what I can gather, you spend another $20 on in-game weapons and kit, someone kills you as soon as you log in and then loots it all off your body.

Yeah, if the metacritic score of 20 didn't put you off, maybe that will ;)

Yep, you lose bought items and spawn campers win.

OP,
Wait atlest a year (and for a realy good sale) to get it. So far they have made very little progress on the game and signs show they may never make a decent amout of it.
