Not really. A lot of people don't. I happen too, and will suggest it or it's space-based cousin when people ask for modern toons, but otherwise, I don't really think it comes up in conversation a lot.

Huh, I feel like I hear about Adventure Time a lot. Not really here, but in some other places also.

It was very well recieved, and I ignored it for years, until I had a week off and decided to binge watch something new around a year and a half ago. Then it kind of grew on me, and I discovered Bravest Warriors on Cartoon Hangover, and now I just really appreciate those guys work.

Definitely not for everyone, but I could see how parents and kids could sit down and watch it together. It tends to have clever writing, stays pretty kid friendly, but with humor only adults are going to catch.
