no
ati 5450 is too weak for any newer games

will run source games fine, but source engine is about 10yrs old

the fx4100 is 3.6gzh stock, if its oc'd to 4.0 thats a pretty high oc for the stock cooler
and they probably dont have a good psu or other components

case has a top mount power supply, which pulls hot air from the case into the psu
better designed cases have the psu on the bottom so cooler air is used to cool the psu

check out ebuyer.com
you can build a good gaming machine for around £500-600

ok thanks alot, and trust me, if my budget was higher that £350 then i would, but unfortunatly its not, plus ive seen some videos of the ati graphics card and it seems fine when running crysis 2 ultra settings, mw3 ultra settings

yes, 6670 is much better, but it has no os

Way better hd 6670 is way better than 5450. But be carefull that system doesn't include an OS, so you will need to buy/download one after. I don't know the real performance of a linux system running games from steam, but it would be a good starting choice, and if you don't like or can't get the games you want to work then u save a little and buy a windows OS (7 preferably, that's my opinion).

imo, do what you can to save up the extra £150 and build a good system for yourself
the graphics card is too basic.
If you want to buy one of the really cheap premade ones off amazon, try this one:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCHW-COMPUTER-Multimedia-BULLDOZER-Operating/dp/B00AS05S0Y/ref=sr_1_5?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1357408646&sr=1-5

It should be able to play all the best games on medium-high but not ultra settings.

you could also build your own this is the rig i'm planning to build:

Phenom ii x4 965 Black cpu
Gigabyte AM£+ mATX USB3 SATA 3 5.1 audio motherboard
4gb 1600mhz ram
500gb 7200rpm HDD
500w coolermaster elite
Bitfenix merc alpha case
Liteon 24x DVD+RW drive
vtx radeon hd 7750 gpu

This cost around £350 buying some parts from Amazon, some from Ebuyer. Then just watch these 3 videos, to learn how to build it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lPIXAtNGGCw
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_56kyib-Ls
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxaVBsXEiok

£350 is with windows 7 from ebuyer

you'r second link with 6670 is a bit better

If you want to play any new games after this year i recommend nvidia 650ti, 660 or amd 7850, 7870.they are good perfomance and ok price any slower is not recomended for gaming pc
And that cpu is going to hold back the perfomance in some games but power consumuption is ok with that model. You can allways try to buy second hand intel 2500k cpu and mobo but they are hard to find with low price.
