Scrollbar changed color randomly
I have Windows 8.1 and for some reason, today when i opened google chrome the scrollbar was a rainbow. Its like it happened in between times i used chrome. Its very annoying and distracting, please help.

Simply reinstall Chrome and see if that does the trick.

Otherwise it may be due in part to a Browser Theme u have installed/applied.
So check in Chrome > Settings > Extensions for any addons.

i found the Extensions thing and sure enough, the was a thing there called rainbow scrollbar. I disabled it and its gone! thank you so much, it was really annoying!
