When it comes to gaming dont try to buy office bundle PC that costs less then $600, never ends well.
Things to look for:
CPU - Intel i5 or AMD FX-8000 series or i3 / FX-6000 series if you are really short on cash.
8 Gb RAM.
1 TB hard drive.
Windows 7 or 8.1, 64-bit.
Dedicated graphics card, none of that integrated bs.
Graphics card hierarchy chart:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
Entry level for gaming PC graphics card those days is tier 9, never go lower then tier 11. Tier 6-7 are medium range graphics cards. Tier 4 and 5 are for running games maxed out on one 1920x1080 monitor.
Here's a tip. If you're really wanting a PC ASAP but low on cash then best bet would be the AMD CPU + AMD GPU they are the cheapest, i recommend the FX 4350 + HD 7770. But if you're not tight on cash then i3 4340 + GTX 650TI should be perfect for you and future proof for about a couple of years or so. TBH never buy gaming pc in a rush...believe me, save up and buy a really good one.
^This.
Another tip, you could just get a A8 Richland apu and just use the intigrated graphics inside of it until you can afford a new gpu.
The A10-7850K is would be the best one to get, but if your REALLY on a budget then just get the A10-6800K which is around 60 bucks less.

That would run most games on medium to high settings with around 30-50 fps. You can always upgrade it later with a better CPU & GPU. If you get that then I suggest you immediately replace the PSU with a Corsair CX 500w or 600w. Raidmax make terrible products. That PSU would put out dirty unstable power & probably die on you in a year or two.
I like it!
However, I would go with a geforce 750 or 750 ti if that can squeze that in your budget since they are newer and will have a longer lifespan aswell as higher performance than 650 ti.
Also, make sure you get two memory sticks so you can use dual channel capability in your pc.
