Neither of which can handle most games very well, as it was made just to provide basic hardware acceleration for media/entertainment purposes, nothing close to gaming performance. Get a better laptop, or build a custom desktop. Nothing u can really do on that current system to make games run better.
amd duals almost always are too slow for tf2
it only needs 2 cores, but amd 3ghz is not fast enough
and a good gpu, amd x310 is a bottom of the barrel gpu

If your on a budget, the build _|_ is suggesting is great one. Though, if your only gaming with this rig I would change the cpu to a intel G3220 and get something like a gtx 750 or amd equivalent.
