Hi i need help with my tf2 lagging
Ok so i play tf2 on my laptop(Toshiba satelliteC855D-S5201-With 4 gb ram-AMD E1-1200 APU Processor-Radeon HD Graphics-1.40 Ghz) It is very laggy when there is alot a gunfire on the screen.I've tried several fps configs and it barely helped by like 4 frames.How can i fix this issue?,Is my computer just not strong enough to handle tf2 or is there something Wrong,I just want a way to play my game smoothly and be able to enjoy i.P.S i usually get from 20-30 frames with nothing really happening with several people and gunfire i get from 10-3 fps

AMD E1-1200 is coupled with a Radeon HD 7310 GPU.
Neither of which can handle most games very well, as it was made just to provide basic hardware acceleration for media/entertainment purposes, nothing close to gaming performance. Get a better laptop, or build a custom desktop. Nothing u can really do on that current system to make games run better.

in short, cpu too slow and gpu too weak

amd duals almost always are too slow for tf2
it only needs 2 cores, but amd 3ghz is not fast enough
and a good gpu, amd x310 is a bottom of the barrel gpu
7 = gen
3 = strength (max is 9)
1 = low subgrade (max is 9)
0 = makes the number look bigger

for around $550

the reason why everything is laggy is that E1 cpu is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to cpus, view it like a Intel atom.

If your on a budget, the build _|_ is suggesting is great one. Though, if your only gaming with this rig I would change the cpu to a intel G3220 and get something like a gtx 750 or amd equivalent.
