Ciberpowerpc
Hi, I just recently obtained the money to buy a 645 dollars desktop, and I wanted to buy a custom pc from Ciberpowerpc, but I don't know if their rigs are as good as the price says. Has anyone had experience with them?, that can tell me about them, and their experience with them or if possible tell me about a better rig than this one:http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1FWX5U
By the way feel free to tweek something that might be better that I may have missed on that rig(something that's cheaper and better, or something that may have a lot of problems).
By the way I know that building a pc by yourslef is cheaper and easy, but I'm 17 and honestly I don't have the time to build one, so I appreciate the help and I do know that it doesn't have windows, I'll get that later.

That PC only has integrated graphics. You will have trouble gaming on it unless a graphics card is added.

I came up with these specs trying to stay close to the budget.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4440 3.10 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 [+64]
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or Major Brand)
MOTHERBOARD: MSI B85M-P33 mATX w/ Military Class 4, GbLAN, 1 Gen3 PCIe x16, 1 PCIe x1
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card [+175] (Major Brand Powered by NVIDIA)
CASE: Raidmax Viper w/ USB 3.0, Side Window Panel [-42] (Black Color)
CD: 24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive (BLACK COLOR
COOLANT: Standard Coolant
CS_FAN: Default case fans
FAN: Intel Certified CPU Fan & Heatsink [-20]
IUSB: Built-in USB 2.0 Ports
(Keyboard & Mouse Combo) Cooler Master Storm Devastator Gaming Keyboard & Mouse Combo
NETWORK: Onboard Gigabit LAN Network
OS: None - FORMAT HARD DRIVE ONLY
OVERCLOCK: No Overclocking
POWERSUPPLY: 600 Watts - Corsair CX600 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply [+26]
RUSH: Standard processing time: ship within 2 to 3 weeks
SERVICE: STANDARD WARRANTY: 3-YEAR [3 Year Labor, 1 Year Parts] LIMITED WARRANTY PLUS LIFE-TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Grand Total: $708.00

The PC you are looking at would be even better, but only if you add a graphics card.

$650 is close to a good budget if you can build your own pc and dont need an os

ex. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/36s3B
similar to above, but if near a microcenter

the i5 4670k /w z87 combo is $230+tax

Thanks for the help until now, I know it doesn't have a graphics card I plan to add that later on, on christmas maybe. I'm really pushing it with the 645 dollars, is all I can spend with college and some other stuff. But thanks and tell me how was your experience with ciberpowerpc's rigs I really want some references before buying anything and before the march sale ends.
