They are all pretty bad & unbalanced.

What's your budget?

Comp 3 or Comp 5

Oh are they? Hmm...what type of quality would I be getting out of a game like Arma 3 with computer 3 or 5? Could I run it at all?

My budget is very low, I was on craigslist and seen a guys post he was willing to trade electronics for his high end gaming PCs so I asked if he'd trade for an xbox one and he said yes.

Just want to know what I'm gettting before I go through with it though.

Ok cool thanks guys. I'll try out that Can You Run It thing so I can find out if i can play some arma.

3 or 5, both are pretty decent, though 3 being a little out dated of course.

5 may be the better choice due to CPU upgrade options.

I'd agree on PC 5 - you'll probably want to replace the GPU fairly soon in it but the 470 should actually be fine in the interim.

It almost goes without saying, but make sure the machine works just fine before you hand over your xbone forever! I really can't stress that enough, at least run some gaming benchmarks (or have the seller do so) to confirm that you aren't trading for a large paper weight!

I would go 3 as well the I7 920 is still a good CPU for gaming, the 570 is a much better GPU,

I would trust the Corsair PSU over the Ultra PSU in 5. 6 GB RAM would be fine and easily upgradeable later.

3 or 5 definitely anyway either will play Arma 3 easily :)

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the help :D I'm a complete noob when it comes to PC gaming as I've always been just a casual console player, but I've gotten to the point where I'm done with just casual gaming and I want to get serious with bigger games like skyrim and arma. So it sounds as if computer 3 or 5 is the way to go, and with the previous post from Slink3Slyde I'm considering number 3. Thanks again everyone!

For raw power and on average best FPS, computer 3 wins. The 5th one is quite good too, but could do with a GPU upgrade.

3 gets my vote too

#1&2, c2q are old
#3 the 1g i7 is showing its age too but with good cpu cooling they can overclock well
#4 amd pii x4 isnt any better than c2q
#5 is the newest 2g i5, as good for gaming as an i7

its a toss up between 3 and 5
for 5, 470 was a high end gpu, but ultra makes crap for power supplies
im sure the 750w ultra is enough, but when you upgrade the gpu get a quality psu for it

for 3, with a h60-80+ it can go to 4ghz and match current i5s
it has a good psu, and can go to a any single gpu in the future

In defense of Ultra, i have an Ultra X4 750w Modular PSU which is going towards its 2nd year. Had absolutely no problems with it.

I still say 5.

3 may be decent because of the GPU but the CPU is outdated.

With 5 the CPU can be upgraded later on with an i7 if need be, and the GPU is still pretty good.
