Is this a good 500$ budget build?

I can go an extra 40 bucks since rebates make it 460$

This would be a better build:

Much stronger processor.

This PSU would also work fine if you wanted to further reduce the price.

amd fm2 cpus are very weak, adding a dedicated gpu is pointless for them, just shows off how slow the cpu really is

a pentium g will beat them at everything, or i3 wont cost much more
if you can get the i5 as above, thats the way to go
Wouldn't I need a CPU cooler?

stock cooler is fine for intel non k cpus

Some people are saying that the case isn't good for cable management. Should I go for something else?

Cable management is only something to worry about if the cables get in the way of airflow or you are building for a display on a show floor...

As long as the cables are out of the way enough for air to come into and out of the case... you're golden.

See for yourself. Cable Management doesn't really mean anything at all.

Are they using high static fans?? Or just run of the mill cheap o's, that could also be a factor considering it's one of their builds its likely using EK fans or Noctua's which are like $20/$25 per fan, also having wire's all over the place would collect alot more dust as their would be less airflow or atleast redirected so dust could settle.
