Will this run the games I want smoothly, if so how well? PC building?
Wanting to be able to play BF4, Crysis 3, Arma 3, DayZ. Just wanting average settings at least, at least 40 frames. Will this be able to play the games I'm wanting? New to the PC building world.

760 is a good mid range card, but you can get a r9 280 for less cash
and it does better in most games

for a single gpu setup, a quality 550w psu is enough
750-850w for sli/crossfire

yes. nvidia gtx 760 or amd r9 270x (and above models) will suit your needs.

my suggestions:
1. for gpu, choose amd r9 280x or nvidia gtx 770.
2. for storage, add 256gb samsung 850 ssd for your OS installation and favorite steam games.
3. for psu, seasonic 600w for single gpu; seasonic 850w for dual gpu.

i would also recommend a modular psu, helps alot with cable management.

also 8g of ram is enough for gaming
(2x4g 1600+ cl9- 1.5v-)

I would use 8 Gb of RAM and DVD-burner instead of Blu-ray burner and put that money into GTX 770 and better quality HDD, PSU.
