How much?
How much would a build cost that can run every game on ultra at over 60 fps?

A consistant desktop capable of that would probably be in the 1300 to 2000 dollar range

Every single game at Ultra with no drops below 60fps? At what resolution though?

At 1080p that might easily be a i7 + 780Ti/290X build, but even then there are a few games that will have drops, simply because they havve some chokepoints that not even the strongest system can avoid.

Go to pc part picker and If someone could build me the best computer I can build for around 800 including os I would be happy.

Here's what I would get.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/NmT2WZ - Only $5 over

Someone will most likely post a better build though.

Edit: So I forgot to remove the monitor from the previous build I was using. Fixed that adjusted some parts

You have to drop a little over ~$1300 if you want over 60 fps ultra. At 1080p, then could be little less.

For $800 it's not really possible to get 60+fps on ultra in every game. This is about cheapest build for this kind of performance:

This is pretty much cheapest I would go, still over $800 though:

This is what I am currently planning on building.

For around $300 you can get a GTX 770 (an MSI 770 is selling for $290), but the best bang for your buck is the 280X which you can get for much cheaper. Lowest at $260

From what I've been told the performance difference isn't that huge, and the 770 gets a slight edge at 1080p, but for higher resolutions the 280X is the winner. Honestly I'd get a 280X.

So for 1920x1080 I should go for a 280x instead of a 770?

That mobo looks like older PCIe2.0 version(you want PCIe3.0).
No O.C.features mentioned in mobo spec.

No intentions of oc.

That's pretty much a tall order and probably not worth the money you'd spend. Frame rates go up and down on all games and getting them to stay consistently over 60fps would require one hell of a card/machine. You'd be better off going with a budget gaming build for around 7 or 800 bucks whose performance wouldn't be drastically lower than that of a high end rig anyway. It may not garauntee you over 60fps on ultra on all games @1080p but then again not even a high end rig can garauntee that.

My (budget) specs are listed below and it can max out a lot of games > 60fps @ 1080p
Some exceptions: GTA IV (40-50fps), Crysis (30-50fps), Assasins Creed 3 (30-50fps)

GPU: Gigabyte R9 270
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: 8 GIGs
Monitor: 1080p

Might as well, noticebly cheaper and basically the same perfomance from what I've been told.

Impossible.
No, litterally impossible.
It SHOULDN'T be impossible, but it is. No computer will ever run every game 60 fps 1080p.
Much of this comes from the developer side though. Horribly unoptimzed games will cause dual Titans to drop to low framerates.

In addition, some games are just demanding. For atleast a year after launch, Planetside 2 COULD NOT be run at 60 fps in fights by ANY PC. Somewhat understandable considering that it had 2000 players per map, and some times the larger battles could get up to 1000 of those people in a single area. Still, SOE came and spent alot of time to optimize it and now (I think) that 60 fps is possible even in the biggest fights for high end PCs.

And of course, you have games like Skyrim, where someone modded the game so much as to bring a Titan down to 6 FPS. He took screenshots with those mods on, he definitly wasnt playing it.

So your never gonna be perfect, best to just get a decent PC and not go too overboard if you dont have the cash. Dont go for a Titan Z or some stupid ♥♥♥♥ like that just because you dont want FPS drops in games, because a Titan Z is still most likely going to have issues.

Thats my 2 cents.
