Can't play my games on Fullscreen Mode In Win 8.1?
Okay, so I recently built a gaming desktop. Yesterday when I tested it on tf2 it worked fine, but now whenever I open it it is a black screen for 3 seconds then it went back to the homescreen.
Oh also, If you want my specs, how do you get to them?

you said you built a gaming desktop. Shouldn't you know which parts you put in?

Otherwise I suggest either dxdiag or e.g. Speccy. That program gives you a system summary with most important info.

Anyway, is it only on TF2 or also other games? Could be specific to TF2.

You can try to run in administrator mode and see what happens...just right click on it, properties, compatibility and run as administrator or set another Compatibility mode
