Yes GTX 1050 Ti 4GB would be well worth it.
Overall though, for games like PUBG, it would be best to lean towards an i5 class CPU + GTX 1060 6GB

Also i3 is fine for now. Unless U play on 2k or 4k.
you should go up to a 1060 6gb or a rx 480/580.
If you up your cpu that gpu is going to limit you to about what you get now.
If you get a 1050ti you'll gain slightly better framerates, practically the same performance. Google some benchmarks.
Save up and get a 1060 or better. Atm amd really dont have anything but rebrands of rebrands they rebranded. Literally an 290 = 580 still...so you might can pick up a 290/390/480 on the cheap now, it would be a good option.
