What are the chances of an Xpadder like controller emulator being built into BPM?

I think it would be great if Steam had a built in controller emulator similar to Xpadder, or Joy To Key. With it you would be able to make different control profiles and assign them to different games, these profiles would automatically launch with the games you assigned them to. Seamlessly transitioning from BPM control to game control. The middle button on the 360 controller would still be used to open the overlay thing. So what are the chances of something like this ever happening?
